Brow Wax / Threading
Skin care after hair removal
It’s completely normal to experience mild redness, small bumps or sensitivity after waxing or threading, especially if it’s your first treatment. These usually settle within 24–48 hours.
For the first 24 hours, please avoid:
- Heat (sunbathing, saunas, steam rooms, hot baths or showers)
- Intense exercise or excessive sweating
- Tight clothing that may rub the area
- Perfumed products, deodorants or fragranced lotions on the treated area
After 48 hours
- Begin gentle exfoliation and moisturising to help prevent ingrown hairs
- Keep skin hydrated and protected
✨ What’s normal
- Redness or small bumps shortly after treatment
- Skin should calm within 1–2 days
If your skin doesn’t settle or you have any concerns, please get in touch — I’m always happy to help.
