Brow Shape & Tint
Best for: regular brow maintenance with customised shape and colour..
Rather than asking you to choose between different brow systems, I’ll select the most suitable products and technique for you.
Your brows are professionally shaped using
waxing,
threading or a combination of both, then coloured to suit your natural brows, skin tone and preferred finish.
Tint includes traditional tinting, which colours the brow hairs, or hybrid brow stain, which can also softly stain the skin depending on your style and preference.

Brow Lamination
Best for: fuller, lifted and more structured brows.
Brow lamination smooths and redirects the natural brow hairs to create a fuller, more defined shape. It can help correct asymmetry, add height and give a subtle lifting effect to the face.
Includes professional shaping and tinting for a complete, polished finish.
Perfect if:
- Your brows grow downwards
- You want a fuller, fluffier look
- You like a clean, modern brow finish
- You want more structure without daily styling
Results typically last around 6–8 weeks, although some clients prefer to wait longer depending on their natural hair growth and preferred finish.

Lash Lifts
Best for: naturally lifted, defined lashes without extensions.
A lash lift enhances your natural lashes by lifting and curling them from the root, creating the appearance of longer, more open lashes.
Both

How long do results last?
• Brow Lamination: 6–8 weeks
• Hybrid Brow Stain: Skin stain up to 10 days, hair tint up to 6 weeks
• HD Brows / Tinting: 4–6 weeks
• Lash Lifts: 6–8 weeks
Most clients return every 6–8 weeks to maintain shape, colour and lift.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your first tint, brow lamination or lash lift treatment with Jax-Glam Beauty
This ensures your treatment is carried out safely and comfortably.
Once a negative patch test has been established, it may remain valid for up to 6 months depending on the product system used, provided there have been no relevant changes to your health, medication, allergies or the products being used.
Do I still need a patch test if I’ve had the treatment at another salon?
Yes. A patch test is still required before your first relevant treatment at Jax-Glam Beauty, even if you have had the same type of treatment elsewhere.
Different salons may use different brands, formulations and products, so a previous patch test or previous treatment at another salon does not confirm that you will not react to the products I use.
The patch test is carried out in the interest of your health and safety and to help reduce the risk of an allergic reaction.
Can I sign a waiver so I can have the treatment without a patch test?
No. If a patch test is required for the treatment, it cannot be waived by signing a form.
The patch test is there to help check that you do not react to the products I use, and I follow the relevant manufacturer guidance and my insurance requirements.
If you have not completed the required patch test in time, the treatment will need to be rearranged for a later date.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with:
• No mascara if you are booked for a lash lift
Mascara residue can affect the lift result, so lashes must be completely clean on arrival.
All treatments begin with the brows or lashes being professionally cleansed, so any light makeup worn will be removed at the start of your appointment.
What is the aftercare for brow lamination or lash lifts?
For the first 24 hours:
• Avoid water, steam and excessive sweating
• Do not apply makeup to the treated area
• Avoid rubbing or touching
After 24 hours:
• Brush brows daily into place
• Avoid harsh exfoliation around the area
• Keep the area nourished and conditioned
I recommend conditioning your lashes twice daily following a lash lift, as they have undergone a gentle chemical restructuring process.
I stock conditioning mascaras (Toxx by Beautyful Brows & Lashes), or I can provide a small sample to use during the first few days after treatment.
Following correct aftercare helps maintain lift, structure and longevity.
Are these treatments suitable for mature clients?
Yes — in fact, many clients choose brow lamination or lash lifts to restore structure and lift as brows thin or eyelids become heavier over time.
These treatments create a subtle, natural enhancement that softens and refreshes the face without looking overdone.
