Are you new to makeup, out of practice or just overwhelmed every time you go makeup shopping? I can help! A fantastic opportunity to learn and become more confident with your makeup skills and the importance of skin preparation. Please bring along your makeup bag and products to make sure you get the most out of them. as well as learning make up application techniques. Don’t worry there is will also be opportunities to try out new products.
The lesson, available at Jackie's home studio in Bristol, is tailored to you, and we can go at a speed and skill level you are comfortable with. The lesson is 2 hours long, we will all start off going through our skin care products and learn the importance of a good skincare routine, the dos and don’ts when it comes to your skin to ensure the best base to ensure your makeup sits and lasts all through the day.

Transgender Makeup Lessons
Step by step I will demonstrate how to apply each makeup stage on one side of your face, so you to practice each step on the other side of your face. I will guide you through the process, at a pace you are comfortable at, making sure you all have plenty of time to try out the techniques and allow time for me to give you all individual tips and pointers specific to your unique face shape including eye shape, skin type, and skin tone. Together we will build the look to create an everyday makeup look, also discussing how to adjust the look to make it suit any occasion you may be going to. We will focus on making sure you are getting the most out of your makeup kit, have the right products for your style and budget, and get that long lasting finish with the right techniques – eliminating the need for mid-evening tops ups!
I am to make you feel more confident by the end of the session, with your own make up kit and how to apply your products whilst also not being over whelmed when buying new beauty products. Most importantly I am to make you will feel happier and more confident with your natural beauty, as well as how to enhance or distract any features.
The lesson includes
Skin Preparation:
- How to remove your make-up properly
- How and which skincare products to use
- How to exfoliate and why
Makeup Application:
- How to do your base; primer, foundation, concealer and colour correcting any blemishes.
- How to define your eyebrows
- How to apply eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara
- How to apply powder, contour, blush and highlight
- How to do lips
The above a good starting overview of makeup techniques, for you to be able to practice and master. I allow 2 hours for the makeup lesson, however, you are welcome to tailer this to cover areas of makeup application you wish - If you would like to learn to apply eyelashes, vintage eyeliner flicks, or a really strong smokey eye - just let me know!

What do I need to bring?
Please bring any skin care products, make-up and brushes you own, so I can help you get the most out of your current kit. I will have my full makeup kit on hand, so if I feel any different products, or tools will be more useful to you, you can try them before buying anything new and experiment with different makeup products and techniques as we go through them.
