Why airbrushing?

When you spray using an airbrush it atomises the product making the particles of make-up tiny. This is why airbrush make-up is used in HD TV and film. The particles in the make-up become much smaller than when it is conventionally applied and therefore less visible. HD TV picks up absolutely every imperfection! There are also hygiene benefits to spraying. When we use a conventional brush or our fingers there is potential to spread bacteria and germs across the face. By spraying Airbase make-up onto the face we can avoid this.

What about its staying power?

The silicone in the make-up makes Airbase incredibly long lasting and waterproof (and tear proof!). As silicone is heat resistant you don't get shine through as you can with water or oil based make-ups, and stands up to the intense heat of studio lighting and in bright sunshine... Airbase really does last all day.

You can build upon each layer to create the perfect  coverage .  Silicone foundation really does stand the test of time! It is this that helps give Airbase Make-Up its unrivalled durability. That means that your Airbase Make-Up application lasts all-day making Airbase perfect for bridal beauty - providing unrivalled durability

Luxurious feel and lightweight on the skin

It allows skin to breathe  Airbase Foundation does not clog pores and allows skin to breathe.  Last but not least, Airbase Silicone Foundation feels luxurious on the skin and is incredibly lightweight.

CND (Creative Nail Design) first created Shellac back in May 2010 and revolutionised the nail industry.  Since then, it has become one of the most popular nail treatments..

Shellac is a hybrid,  (meaning half nail polish and half gel)  The product is applied like a polish to the natural nail  (or over extensions)  and is cured via a UV  light. Because the product is cured, there is zero drying time.

When applied and removed correctly Shellac should not cause any damage to your nails - here are some for looking after your Shellac ...

No matter how many weddings I do, I am always really honoured to be a part of a brides special day.

I can honestly say I have really enjoyed meeting everyone I have shared their wedding day with, and I really hope my brides enjoyed their day as much as I enjoyed the morning.

After being a regional finalist in 2016, I was delighted to be nominated in 2017 and would like to thank each and every one who voted for me.  However unfortunately I didn't get through this year :-(

The best thing about being involved in the awards is getting to see my scores, and all the lovely comments from my brides.

You've probably been planning your big day for at least a year, you've booked the venue, brought the dress etc - but have you thought about the wedding morning itself?

Your wedding day starts as soon as you wake up, so the main thing is for you to have a lovely and special morning, think about;
  • Where you want to spend it - Would you prefer to be at home, your parents house, hotel or the wedding venue?
  • Who you want to spend it - your mum, dad, bridesmaids, pets, partner? A wedding morning can be quiet emotional so make sure you have people who will be there for you.
  • Logistically will your love ones be staying with you the evening before?  If so - remember to factor in some time during the evening before to socialise or have a pre-wedding pamper party so you all have your nails done ready for the big day.   If not - bear in mind where your wedding party lives or if they have children which may effect what time they can join you on the wedding morning.
  • How far from the wedding venue are you staying? Research any local events taking place on your wedding date, which may effect traffic on the morning of your wedding.
  • If you are having a photographer, Will they be able to take photos of both your and your partners wedding preparations easily? Will they be able to be present and capture the look on your parents or friends faces when they see you in your dress, before they have to leave to get to the venue?
  • Is there parking for your wedding car, wedding party, forest, photographer and hair / makeup artist?
